Quality policy, objective and commitment

In order to maintain the fairness and integrity of the company and ensure the independence of testing activities, we hereby promise as follows:


1、Comply with the requirements of national laws and regulations, national laboratory accreditation and other statutory management organizations;

2、Establish good professional behavior and adhere to the principle of open, fair and voluntary service without discrimination;

3、The Company shall be responsible for the management of all information obtained or generated in the testing process, and protect state secrets, trade secrets and technical secrets; Protect the ownership and patent rights of customers from infringement;

4、The company is responsible for the fairness of testing activities, insists on independent testing and independent judgment, and testing activities are not interfered and affected by any interested parties;

5、The management of the Company guarantees that it will not impose any administrative or commercial intervention on the testing personnel, which will affect the correctness and reliability of the testing data and results;

6、The company guarantees not to participate, and requires all personnel engaged in testing management and technical work not to participate in activities that undermine the independence and integrity of testing, and not to participate in the design, development, production, sales, installation, use or maintenance of products related to testing projects or similar competitive projects;

7、The Company does not accept investment sponsorship and agency that violate fairness, and does not intervene in the market and benefit competition between customers;

8、The company guarantees that it will not use personnel who work in two or more testing institutions at the same time;

9、Comply with the requirements of the statutory management organization, continue to operate and improve the company's management system, and maintain and develop the company's detection capability.

2.1. Management System Objectives

Continuously improve the quality management system according to the laboratory capacity accreditation criteria and relevant national laws and regulations to ensure its continuous and effective operation. Create a testing company with high level, high quality, high efficiency and good service, and strive to reach the advanced level of similar domestic companies.

Maintain the fairness and scientificity of the testing work, and ensure the unity of the measurement value and the accuracy and reliability of the data;

Insist on focusing on customers, understand their potential requirements, listen to opinions and suggestions, and solve customers' actual problems;

Strengthen the training of all employees, improve their quality, make all employees clear about the quality policy and objectives, comply with the requirements of the quality management system documents, and work hard to meet the requirements of the quality policy and objectives;

3. Service quality commitment

——Scientific management: conscientiously implement CNAS-CL01:2018 Accreditation Criteria for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories and RB/T214-2017 General Requirements for Inspection and Testing Institutions to Evaluate the Qualification and Accreditation Ability of Inspection and Testing Institutions, develop a complete management system in combination with the actual situation of the company and make continuous improvement to ensure scientific management;

——Fair behavior: free from interference from commercial, financial, administrative and other aspects, to ensure the objective, true and fair detection behavior, and to provide timely and accurate services to customers;

——Data accuracy: the report is accurate without data or conclusive errors. Errors in other aspects shall be minimized to ensure the accuracy of the test data;

——Enthusiastic service: provide customers with quality services enthusiastically, accept customer complaints in a timely manner, investigate carefully, objectively analyze, clarify responsibilities, and make a satisfactory reply within 5 days;

——High efficiency: timely arrange testing for sampling and samples submitted for testing, and timely issue a report after testing.
